The Jewish Historical Museum lies in the heart of the former
Jewish quarter. A series of city walks bring Amsterdam's colourful
Jewish past to life. Specially designed for secondary school pupils
is a short monument tour that leads from the Jewish Historical
Museum via the Dockwerker and the Auschwitz Monument to the former
Hollandsche Schouwburg theatre.
