Acquisitions 2004-2009  3 July until 30 August 2009

This summer, in the JHM Print Room, the museum will present its latest acquisitions, with an emphasis on paintings, drawings, and photographs. The exhibition will include photos by Emmy Andriesse and recent drawings by Leo Schatz. Conservators are also hard at work restoring several paintings for this event, including a portrait of Mozes Henriques de Castro from a bequest by Mrs I. Lewin-Henriques de Castro and a number of works by the painter Eduard Frankfort from a bequest by Mrs A.D. Heilbut-Frankfort. >
